Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 39-hour week, Monday - Thursday (8:00am-4:30pm) Friday (8:00am-3:30pm)
Job Description
An overview of the role:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedule
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workshop team
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise and train workshop team
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers and business owner
- Quality Control
Who we are looking for:
- Ability to identify and measure material
- Ability to produce quality products consistently & on time to meet the companies deadlines
- Ability to follow instructions both verbally and in written form
- Knowledge of machines and tools
- Ability to multitask & manage own workload
- Ability to red fabrication drawings, callipers, tape measures and angle gauges
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic
